Terms and Conditions

Scope

These menus are intended for groups.

Groups are considered to be parties of 8 people or more.

The choice of main course must be submitted up to 48 hours before the visit to the restaurant.

Billing details for the reservation must be provided in advance.

The reservation will only be considered confirmed after receipt of a 50% deposit of the total reservation value.

The deposit will be charged via bank transfer to the IBAN sent as an attachment, followed by proof of payment sent to geral@bispastarisotto.pt.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or changes made in advance, not attributable to the restaurant or service, will not incur any penalty if they occur up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. After this deadline, the 50% deposit paid at the time of booking will not be refunded.

Changes in the number of guests for group reservations:

Changes to the number of guests for a contracted menu are accepted up to a maximum of 20% of the total reservation and only up to 12 hours before the scheduled time. Any increase in the number of guests is always subject to the restaurant’s logistical availability.

After the last 6 hours prior to the reserved date, any changes will be charged at 100%.


Restaurant Stay Policy

The menu price includes 4 hours of stay at the restaurant, with a maximum limit: lunch service until 4:30 pm and dinner service until 12:00 am.
